My mom was way too perky this morning singing church hymns and speaking in Indian. People should not be allowed to be perky in the morning.
I still need to wake up fully.

I'm looking at all the stuff I signed up for and realizing my deadline-fail. I'm addicted to signing up for writing challenges,  it seems.

Two of our dogs had puppies. And no I do not like dogs so my reactions was a bit of, Ugh, they multiplied.
And one of the dogs went from being, "Ooh humans, play with me, play with me, play with me."
to being, "I pity the fool who looks at me funny."
Add to that that the puppies are convinced that my toes are food, 0_o. No pups, san is not for eating, okay.

My room is finally (semi) finished. The paint smell is mostly gone and the windows got put in yesterday so now all I need are some new curtains. Oh, and a chair for my desk. But now I can move my stuff around a bit and make it look more like my room. Which is cool.
And yes, I hate the new windows. I was expecting those windows you slide to open, but instead we got windows that you have to push out piece by piece. They are almost like shutters but only bigger and you open them one by one in a specific order, which is giving me a headache in addition to making me feel short (I can't reach the top window).

I'm pretty much over Ianto's death, have been for at least a week I think. I'm back to writing. It's going semi good.
I got my beta notes and am breaking my brain over them :( But I'll pull through and hopefully have something that you guys will enjoy.
The deadline is on Monday btw, so expect me to emo quite a bit.

School was boring and felt very pointless. I can't wait till it's all over.

Fandom is pretty squicky and scary at the moment. I'm still waiting for it all to calm down and people to stop jumping each other for having a gorram opinion.
Also I have very little respect for the people yelling misogyni, homophobia and racism. Even less for those who want to censor self expression on journals and communities, because god forbid a pro attached to Torchwood or Dr. Who see our emo-wangst.
